About this notice
This notice describes the Manifest Group website at manifestgroup.net. It covers browsing this site and using its inquiry-preparation tools. It does not describe the practices of other websites linked from this site.
Information you provide
The inquiry form asks for a name, email address, optional company and phone number, inquiry type and message. The form processes these details in your browser to prepare a text file or, when a contact address is available, a draft in your email application.
Completing the form or selecting “Prepare inquiry” does not submit your information to Manifest Group. Form details are not saved to this website’s local storage, cookies or a website database. A downloaded file remains on your device until you delete it. If you choose to send an email, that message is handled by your email provider and the recipient’s email systems.
Avoid including sensitive personal information, financial details or confidential project documents in an initial inquiry.
Technical information
When hosted on Cloudflare Pages, the website uses Cloudflare to deliver and protect its content. Network requests necessarily include technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Cloudflare may process this information for delivery, security and abuse prevention according to its services and configuration.

Cookies and local storage
The site uses a browser local-storage entry to remember your privacy preference for up to six months. It does not currently use optional analytics or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the storage key, purpose, duration and available controls.
We do not use the inquiry form to build advertising profiles or sell the information entered into it.
Messages sent to us
If you separately choose to send an inquiry by email, the recipient may use the information to respond to your question, discuss a project or evaluate a trade-partner inquiry. Limit your message to the information needed for that purpose.
This website has no automated email-subscription service and does not enroll you in marketing communications. We do not state a fixed retention period for separately sent messages in this notice; retention depends on the inquiry, resulting business relationship and applicable obligations.
Your choices
You can leave optional form fields empty, choose not to send a prepared email, delete a downloaded inquiry, and clear the site’s local storage through your browser. You can reopen privacy settings at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information held about you, or to object to certain uses. These rights can have exceptions. Direct requests about information you sent by email to the recipient of that correspondence.

This site is intended for business use and does not invite children to provide personal information.
